Focus

Focusing on healthy living by avoid negative behavior. Steps toward recovery by living one day at a time. In building constructive change , it is not a natural feelings, but have a concept of open mind, to breakthrough our triggers, our normal defence magnetism.
Today step one to begin my daily journal, write down my fear, my hesitation, and my uneasy feeling of change, set my eyes on the goal of my victory overcome this demon behavior that I committed, and desire to do...A good beginning, is already half way to success.
